You had spectators having a cardboard hand to re-energise, playing Bon Jovi on a megaphone. They were an enthusiastic bunch with their applause and hi-fives.
The finale is passing the Olympic stadium in Stratford and going through the park - an opportunity to pretend you are Mo Farah running for Olympic glory.
